The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a joint venture between Bates and Tully Elementary Schools. It is available to the parents and families of all students who attend either of these two schools. FRCs were created as part of the 1990 Kentucky Education Reform Act (KERA). We assist in removing barriers that prevent students from succeeding in school. The center is overseen by an Advisory Council that is made up of parents/caregivers, community members, and school staff. The council meets on a monthly basis and is open to the public. For more information or if you would like to be a council member, please call the center at 485-7004.
