The first day of school for K-12 students is Wednesday, August 9. We are looking forward to seeing our returning students and families and are excited about welcoming new students to JCPS.

Parent Place Forms
Parent Place is the new place to enter many of the JCPS forms that were previously received in paper format. This page explains how to create an account and utilize Parent Place to enter forms electronically.
The JCPS Parent Portal (run by Infinite Campus) allows you to track your child’s academic progress and develop a partnership with your child’s teachers. Infinite Campus is a secure and convenient way to monitor your child’s attendance, assignments, daily grades, and class schedule as well as bus and health information.

SchoolCNXT is a way for schools to contact families directly and also a way for families to send direct, two-way messages to teachers and other school staff. School CNXT connects districts, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, providing an easy way to equitably share news and events, send reminders, participate in two-way messaging, and engage with your community.

The Jefferson County Board of Education (JCBE) requires volunteers to submit a background check form every five years.
