Winter Jutz Kassinger!

WELCOME!

Hi guys! My name is Winter Jutz Kassinger! I am your schools' Mental Health Practitioner and I cannot wait to meet every one of you! I graduated from the University of Louisville with my Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and about a year later I went back to receive my Masters in Social Work, with a School Social Work specialization. I am a Certified Social Worker and I am currently working on getting my licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Working with kiddos is my passion and I love seeing them learn and grow from the work we are doing. Building the necessary skills to learn how to cope is super important as well as learning how to regulate your emotions at a young age. I am ready to show the students of Fairdale Elementary what each of these are and how to use them in their everyday life, no matter the situation. Mindfulness techniques are my favorite, but I use many modalities in my work. While your kiddos grow, I will grow with them, always putting them first. I want them to feel comfortable coming to me whenever they need and I will always have an ear to listen. But, on a less serious note, I love Harry Potter, playing with my mini schanuzer, and spending time with friends and family. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with your children and I cannot wait to see where this year takes us. Oh, and you are amazing, always remember that!

I will be available at Fairdale Elementary Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM-4:30 PM. Please reach out if you need anything from me. I will work with you in whatever way that you may need. You can reach me by the school phone number, my cell (270)287-3212, or my email .
