JCPS 360° Student and Family Support Center at Humana

Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) students and families can get in-person assistance with a variety of services at the JCPS 360 Student and Family Support Center at Humana.

Services are available by appointment Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (NTI Tech Support available until 6 p.m.) at Website

Parking is available in Humana's surface parking lot at Washington and Brook Streets free of charge to families during their appointments.

FEV Tutor ​is providing additional academic support during NTI. You can access the program directly through the Clever account to either schedule an appointment or request on-demand help. Tutoring help is available to students Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, and on the weekends. The program can be translated into over 40 languages for our ESL students.
