As the instructional leader at Watterson Elementary, it is my responsibility that we have meaningful goals and effective strategies to meet those goals. My goal is to create a culture that builds teacher and student efficacy, provide an environment that is welcoming to all and allows all to flourish. Throughout my tenure, I plan to involve all stakeholders with data analyzing, feedback, and decision making. I look for the SBDM to be an active part of the school and share the responsibility of making Watterson the most desirable school to attend.
