JCPS Parent and Student Sports Safety Video

All students and at least one parent/legal guardian must watch the JCPS Sports Safety course video and sign a form stating that they have watched it and understand its content. Parents must see this video one time in middle school and one time in high school. Student athletes must review the video on a yearly basis. Return completed forms to the school's main office.
