At the Luhr Elementary Family Resource Center (FRC), we recognize that the children we are serving today are our future. We also believe that in order to create an environment in which all of our children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential, we must build a partnership that includes students, parents, staff members, and the community. We truly believe this: It takes a whole village to raise a child.
Our mission is to reduce the barriers to learning.
